All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking information via email once your package has been dispatched.

💸 Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all applicable import taxes, custom duties, and fees are included in the final price at checkout. You will not be responsible for any additional charges upon the arrival of your package.
❗ Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Wearli is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned to us, we may charge a reshipping fee.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@wearli.co.uk. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution where applicable.
