At Wearli, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist you with our straightforward return and refund process.


✅ 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It is in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at support@wearli.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@wearli.co.uk with a photo and explanation, and we will guide you through the process.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
